International Senior HR Consultant

Advantage Consultores is an International HR Consultancy specialised in International Headhunting, Newplacement and Executive Coaching. Our core business are German-speaking companies and profiles with languages. Furthermore, our second company Indigital Advantage, a joint-venture with the Digital Business School Inesdi, is specialised in Headhunting for digital profiles.

Currently we’re looking for an International Senior HR Consultant to join our team in Barcelona.

RESPONSBILITIES

• Responsible for the whole Headhunting process 
• Identification of target companies
• Activation of our Network and Recruitment sources (Job posts in Business Schools, LinkedIn, ...)
• Conducting of phone and personal interviews with candidates
• Preparation of Headhunting reports based on evaluation tools and personal interview
• Presentation of the candidates to the client
• Request for references and elaboration of reference report
• Follow-up of adaptation with the candidate
• Constant feedback and follow-up with client and candidate
• Focus on Headhunting of Digital profiles (Digital Marketing Manager, E-Commerce Manager, Head of Digital, and similar profiles)
